Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant house and unsecured with lacking all utilities. Arrived and the units were still on site and one person was removed from the guess house that was in the rear of the main house and detached. The owner was called with no answer. Did call Arciaden Industries to the property to have the property secured. The main house had the rear side door opened, the carport had a storage room opened and the guess house was opened and had signs of people living in the unit. The guess house had 2-windows opened and the main door to the unit was opened. All was secured and did the posting of Do Not Enter on all the structures, the main house on the front and rear, the guess house and the carport with the storage room. The property has an opened case for the tall grass and weeds and wil let the inspector know on being on site to secure the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
