10/02/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | VISITED SITE, MET WITH TPD/CSO WHO WALKED THE SITE WITH ME, INFORMED ME THAT PERSON IN THE BLACK CHEVY PICK UP FIRST HIT THE CARPORT/ RAMADA, TAKING OUT THE POST AND BEAM ON ONE SIDE AND LEAVING THE EAST SIDE DOWN. THE TRUCK CONTINUED, HIT A COLLUM (COSMETIC DAMAGE TO THE STUCCO) THEN CONTINUED INTO THE CLUB HOUSE HITTING THE WEST WALL. ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE WEST WALL WERE THE MAILBOXES FOR ALL APARTMENTS AND THE INTERIOR WAS THE CLUB HOUSE EXCERCISE ROOM. THE TRUCK DID NOT ENTER THE BUILDING US POSTAL SERVICE WAS ON SITE TO RETREIVE MAIL FROM THE DAMAGED BOXES AND DETERMINE WHAT BOXES COULD NOT BE USED. THE INTERIOR OF THE WALL HAD MINOR DRYWALL DAMAGE, I COULD NOT SEE IF THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE STUDS AND DRYWALL APPEARED THAT IT WAS JUST POPPED OUT. ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET WAS IN THE AREA, I DID CHECK THE OUTLET AND IT CHECKED OUT OK ON MY TESTER. TFD ASKED IF POWER SHOULD BE SHUT OFF, BUT I DID NOT FEEL IT NEEDED TO BE CUT AND SEVICE PANEL WAS LOCKED OUT. TPD CALLED GARY'S TOWING AND THEY DID REMOVE THE VEHICLE. NOV WAS ISSUED TO PAUL ASH MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND SIGNED FOR BY ALAN PIERCE, HEAD MAINTANENCE. NOV INCLUDED REPAIRS FOR METAL CARPORT/ RAMADA, REPAIRS TO THE MAILBOXES AND STUCCO, AND REPAIRS TO THE INTERIOR DRYWALL IN THE EXERCISE ROOM. NO SECURING WAS REQUIRED. |
