10/24/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owners on site and checked the unit on the condition of the cleaning of the interior of the house. The interior of the house has been cleaned and has been treated. The smoke detectors have been installed and have been placed in the wrong location and will be moved to the correct locations. The bathroom has a new floor being placed at this time and has a new toilet that will be installed when the flooring is completed. Has a room where some clothing is still in the room and that will have to be moved or organized if to remain in the room. The rear room is not completed on the cleaning and went over on what needs to be done to have the room in compliance. The occupants are going to be allowed to remain in the house and will check the correction that are being requested to check if completed. RV.
10/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked the dumpster and it's not full at this time. No one on site and did call and had no answer. Will have the dumpster moved tomorrow. RV.
10/14/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Checked the dumpster and not filled. Did meet with the sons and the owner on site and went over that the dumpster can't be moved if not filled. If the dumpster is not filled and removed from the site, will not bring another dumpster. They will work on filling the dumpster.
10/10/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one on site and did check the dumpster and was not full. Did look around and the exterior still has items that could be placed in the dumpster. The door was locked and will check on Monday for removal. RV.
10/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Stop by the site and had 5-people cleaning the property. The living room has been cleared at this time. The dumpster is half full at this time. Did go over on checking the dumpster in a couple of days and needs to be full in order to be picked up. Did go into the house to check the clearances for the windows and was discussed to have access to some of the windows due to has half walls and half windows in the rooms. They are going to bomb while the rooms are empty before adding items to the rooms. Will check on Thursday RV.
10/04/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did talk to the owner and will be checking the dumpster on Tuesday on being filled and if needs another dumpster. RV.
10/02/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Worked on getting a dumpster for the owner due to has a pile in front of the house. Did call the Ward 3 office and was approved for a dumpster to have the property cleaned. The were going to deliver it in the morning. Did talk to Sylvia who works on getting the dumpster out and was able to set up the delivering tomorrow. Did call the Ward office to let them know that it was approved for delivery. RV.
