09/29/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved T.F.D. was on site with a medical call and called to have the property inspected for min. housing condition. Arrived and one of the owners was transported to the hospital and the husband was coming back due to did an inspection on the living condition. Has roaches, alot of cats and some being kittens, no clear paths to doors and windows due to the amount of storage and trash and debris being piled up. 3-doors were blocked and not able to get to the doors to open to check the conditions of the doors. Not able to get to any of the windows due to being blocked with storage or trash and debris. Has no smoke detectors and has feces on the floor from the cats and a dogs being in the interior of the house. The house is dirty and will need to be cleaned through out in order to be moved back into the house. The owner came back from the hospital and signed the paperwork and the sons and the husband grabbed what they needed for the night. One of the sons who does not live on the property will get a hotel room for the night and will check on what will be done tomorrow. The house was posted on the front window of Do Not Enter. Animal Control was called to the site to check the condition of the animals on the property and they were allowed to remain on the property at this time. T.P.D. was called to assist on the removal of the owner and sons with no incident on the property. Owners and sons all left the site. The large dogs that were left outside were taken from the property by the son who was not living on the property. RV.
