Did go over that the water needs to be on in order to live in the house. The owner stated that he had a friend in the house and was not paying the bills. Did let the owner know that a citation is pending and someone needs to sign the citation. If the bill is paid today the water could be turned on maybe tomorrow. Did serve the N.O.V. to Vacate and the Indemnification due to the owner was going to lock the house up. Once he signed the paperwork he was going to go and call the phone number to make arrangements on paying the bill. Did do the postin of Do Not Enter on the front secuity door. RV. |
