While going to another call and found the property with a broken water line to the house and was not able to find the shut off for the water. The tree in the front of the house fell on the garage area and did not appear to have any damage to the house. The tree was covering the front of the house where the main entry to the house. When the tree fell the water line was broken and was flooding the property and going into the street. Was able to get the water off and the owner had already call the water department and they were on there way to the site. Did do paperwork and the owner did sign the paperwork. The owner was advise if has major damage that a permit will be required. No permit will be required for repairs to the roof unless plywood is replaced. Not sure if the trusses were damaged. The owners will be able to remain in the house due to no damage to living space of the house. The owner will cut the tree than look at the damage done from the tree. RV. |
