After inspection did see that bad weather had blown 30 feet Mesquite tree on the corner of the garage at the north west corner did damage rafters,roof, ceiling. Tree is sitting on a brick beam, no electrical damage no need to shut Property down did advise to stay away from area and around caution tape, owner has called emergency tree trimmers to address Tree. I advise I would send paperwork in the mail to make sure to obtain permits if needed for all repairs to garage. may not need of only small section of damaged. |
