The tenant was moved out and has been kept vacant untill Southwest Gas made the needed repairs to the gas line to have the gas turned back on. At this time the case will be closed and can be rented out. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Met with the manager and the unit is still vacant and secured. They are trying to get the permit to have the gas turned back on. Did go over the items that need to be corrected to have the unit able to be rented out. The manager has new maintenance people and the unit will be checked for rent ready for the unit before being check for an inspection. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
