Saw Roaches on the ground in the front walkway bathroom and kitchen area. Even saw a roach on the ceiling in the living room area. Tenant States the owner came in and sprayed himself and not a company in September however it did not work oh, he still has a lot of roaches. Will try to get hold of the owner and send out a notice of violation |
