Arrived on site and met with tenant who showed me into the interior of the studio unit. Saw Roaches on the ground in the front walkway bathroom and kitchen area. Even saw a roach on the ceiling in the living room area. Tenant States the owner came in and sprayed himself and not a company in September however it did not work oh, he still has a lot of roaches. Will try to get hold of the owner and send out a notice of violation |
