OWNER ADDED METAL PORCH AND POSTS TO TRIPLEX AS WELL AS METAL FENCING AT PERIMETER OF PROPERTY, WHERE HEIGHT EXCEEDS 6 FEET IN SOME AREAS, ONE PORTION OF THE FENCE LINE ABUTTS THE TRIPLEX EXTERIOR DWELLING WALL AND IS ABOUT 1 FOOT OR SO FROM BEING THE SAME HEIGHT AS THE ROOF LINE. SENT PICTURES TO PDSD MARK CASTRO, MARK WILL SPEAK TO STEVE SHEILDS WHO APPROVED THE PLANS SUBMITTED FOR REAR ADDITION, HOWEVER INSEPCTOR EXPLAINED TO MARK THAT IS WAS NOT ONLY THE REAR ADDITION THAT WAS ILLEGAL BUT IT WAS ALSO THE MAIN DWELLING THAT WAS CONFORMED INTO A TRIPLEX WITHOUT PROPER PERMITS. THERE SHOULD BE A HOLD PLACED ONTO THE APPROVED REAR ADDITIONS DUE TO NEW FINDINGS AS WELL AS THE TRIPLEX NOT BEING PART OF THE PLANS SUBMITTED TO COME INTO COMPLIANCE WITH CODE ENFORCEMENT.

SHE DID HOWEVER MADE THE ADDITION TO REAR FOR HER SISTER, ALSO RUNNING NEW ELECTRIC AND SEWER TO STRUCTURE. SHE WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT A LAWYER TO GET ASSISTANCE WITH CITY REQUIREMENTS. INSPECTOR ADVISED OWNER THAT SHE MAY PULL ORIGINAL OR LAST APPROVED SITE PLAN AND SEE WHAT HAS BEEN MODIFIED SINCE WITHOUT PERMITS. INSPECTOR GAVE A CARD WITH ALL PLANNING AND DEVELOPEMENTS CONTACT INFORMATION AS WELL AS WRITING DOWN WHAT INFORMATION SHE WILL NEED FROM THEM TO GET STARTED. WILL CONTINUE WITH 30 DAY NOV.
