Found dilapidated chain link fence, dilapidated wood fence and hole in block wall about two by two and one post hit but still attached. Owner arrived on site property is vacant with no utilities either water gas or electricity. Owner opened up the structure where we found a small closet what's the Target in the interior no electrical water or gas in this closet. Owner uprighted the fence and secured the post to the porch. And was in the process of nailing a board over the small hole to the wall. Paperwork was signed by property owner and will follow up in 30 days |
