Arrived and the units are vacant and unsecured on unit #3810 and #3812. On site with inspector Bermudez. The structure are in court to be demo'ed and waiting for the courts to start back up for the hearing. Not able to locate the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to have the units secured. The property is filled with trash and debris and has tall grass and weeds. Did check all the other openings through out and all have been secured when the openings were secured. The chain link fencing has several openings and those were re-secured with tying the fabric back to post leaving the property secured on the fencing. This property may require an second fence on the structures to prevent entry into the units. jDid place the Do Not Enter in several areas where lacking. Due to the case in court place all activity in this case. Did call the inpsector doing the court case to let him know that we were on the property. No paperwork done due to the property is already in court. RV. | |
