Arrived on site and knocked on door however no answer. Found three vehicles red truck white truck and gray car. Only red truck is A JMV flat tire rear driver. Storage in front yard or refrigerator a sink on the floor batteries and a tub all can be seen from curb. Saw the beginnings of a wall that has started by the easement will check into permits for this wall |
