VISITED THE SITE, A LARGE EMPTY LOT NEXT TO A VACANT MEDICAL FACILITY. DEAD TREES, OVERGROWN TREES, GRASS AND WEEDS, ABANDONED HOMELESS CAMP AND TRASH AND DEBRIS FROM THE CAMP WERE FOUND ON THE VACANT LOT. |
