Checked water spicket and water ran, Light was on by front door, Had water and electric. Side yard had a wrought iron gate locked and had alley entrance with chain link fencing. Broken window in back but had wrought iron window guard. Back door open but did see a sliding glass door shut. Made contact with neighbor who stated he has not seen anyone there in at least two months. No signs of anyone staying there now. Will send an NOV for outside property conditions |
