VISITED SITE, DID FIND REFUSE AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE SIDE YARD AREAS AND FRONT PORCH. ALSO COULD SEE INTO THE WEST REAR YARD AREA. EAST REAR YARD HAS A 6 FT FENCE THAT OBSCURED THE VIEW. |
