The house is vacant and secured. The contractor on site is in the process of getting the electrical and the gas turned back on. Did go over that a reconnect is required and the inspection will be needed to have an approval to get the clearance on the electrical and the gas. Once the permit has been approved, the clearance will be called in and the gas and the electrical will be turned back. The property has been cleaned on the exterior and the interior of the house |
