Met with the owner and has a dip in the soil where the soil has settled in the rear yard and the rear yard is fenced. Did walk over the area and had no drop in the area. The owner walked over it several times and no movement in the area while the extra weight was placed. The owner was advised to add more soil in the area to match the existing grade around the settlement. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
