Was met with a TPD Officer on-site and owner of the vehicle which was on the walkway outside of the building. Damage was done when this vehicle lost control and ran into the front of the building. the portion of the building that was damaged is the glass and panels along the front of the building. At least five panels and glass sections were damaged. 1 non bearing wall had sheetrock damage. The outlet in that wall was isolated circuit and closed at the panel per the fire department and property manager who was on site. One row of suspended ceiling tiles or pushed up and could be damaged however did not see any damage to the suspended framing to that ceiling. Speedy Auto Glass was already on site and was hired to board the windows and panels along the front of this business owner said they should be completed by 8 tonight. Manager Mr. Jackson would remain on site until job was done. Paperwork was signed and given to property manager Mr. Jackson, will follow up tomorrow in the morning |
