ONSITE: THE DWELLING IS A 1942 BRICK TYPE CONSTRUCTION. THE EASTSIDE EXIT DOOR HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY SEALED WITH BRICKS. THE REAR OF THE DWELLING HAS A NEW DOUBLE SWING DOOR INSTALLED, THIS DOUBLE SWING DOOR ASSEMBLY HAS A GAP BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE DOUBLE SWING DOOR AND THE BRICK WALL, NO HEADER OR LINTEL VISIBLE. THESE MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN DONE WITHOUT PERMITS OR APPROVED PLANS BY THE CITY OF TUCSON. A STOP WORK ORDER WAS POSTED ON THE FRONT WINDOW OF THE DWELLING. THE STOP WORK ORDER NOTICE WILL STATE A FEE SHALL APPLY FOR THE UNPERMITTED WORK. THE DWELLING IS VACANT AT THIS TIME.. |
