Calls came in on the morning and the afternoon that the son was on the property. Arrived and the son of the owner was on the property sitting on the front porch. Did find where the owner has died on 4-21-19 and called the owners daughter to let her know that the brother was on the property. Did let her know that the property is unsecured. The daughter did talk to the brother and he will be going to the VA for assistance and for assistance for help of needs that he is dealing with. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured due to the owner has died and the daughter not able to have the property secured. The brouther did have items on the property that will need to be moved and did take the bedding items due to advised that he will not be able to stay on the property after dark. He will clean the property in a few days. Did the posting on the front window and placed the Do Not Enter back up with the N.O.V. to Vacate. RV. |
