Arrived and the units still on site with T.P.D. and T.F.D. was clearing the site. The owner was transported to the hospital due to falling in the house. The interior of the house has no clear path to doors and windows, extension cords with surge protector with added extension cords going to appliances through out. While turning off the disconnect on the electrical box, the power was staying on. T.E.P. cut the wires at the pole and took the meter. An upgrade will be required to have the power turned back on. The water heater has been replaced on the exterior of the house and lacking the vent pipe to the roof, the enclosure, lacking the sediment trap, used PVC pipe and not secured properly, has a gas stove and piled with storage on the stove top. The gas meter was pinned due to the issues on the property. Permit required for the reconnect of gas and the electric. The husband signed the paperwork before going to the hospital to check on the spouse that was transported to the hospital. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and the rear door to the house. The cooler has been removed from the roof and has window units on the windows and has blocked the access to the windows in the sleeping areas and not allowing the window to be used for escaping in the event of an emergency of a fire. NO smoke dedetectors were installed in the house. Called the supervisor Martin Romero for permission on the condemnation of the property and was approved. Property is secured by the property owner before leaving to the hospital. RV.
