States TEP booted the meter and Southwest Gas pinned the meter in the alley no utilities to this single-family dwelling. Property owners are on site and phone numbers exchanged. Inspector Corrales showed me to the side yard where we entered through a wooden gate and found the bedroom in question. Window to this bedroom was broken about 50% of the contents in this room or burnt. Sheetrock damage to the walls in the closet and ceiling in the closet and halfway through the room. Vent holes were also made in the kitchen area to the sheetrock during fire operation. Did not see any electrical wiring in closet area however there was a light fixture in the center of the room could not determine if it was compromised but will address it in the notice of violation to have a certified electrician evaluate the complete electrical system. Owner stated he would be boarding up that one bedroom window behind the wooden fence by the end of today. I will follow up with a phone call at the end of the day. Nov signed and delivered and imdenifation also signed. Posted in the front door and rear door and owner would post the boards on the side window |
