as called out by communications to the property at 4225 N. 1st Ave. unit 2013 after inspection found that unit had a kitchen fire damaged kitchen ceiling, kitchen wall, electrical damage, stove fan, smoke damage throughout the apartment. NO AXDESS TO UNIT DOWN STAIRS AND WILL NEED CLERANCE TO TURN POWER BACK ON had meter pulled the breakers turned off and will secure door with a lag bolt and post unsafe to occupy. |
