WOOD POSTS METAL FENCE THAT ENCLOSED THE PROPERTY. TO THE SOUTH WAS A HORSE PROPERTY SURROUNDED BY CHAIN LINK FENCE. GATES WERE LOCKED AND FENCE POSTED "NO TRESPASSING". I COULD SEE A 5TH WHEEL PARKED IN THE S/E CORNER OF THE PROPERTY, IT APPEARED TO BE GOOD CONDITION. I SAW THE TOP OF A 2ND 5TH WHEEL PARKED NEXT TO A R/V PARKED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROPERTY CLOSER TO THE SOUTH FENCE. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A GOOD LOOK AT THE VEHICLES BUT OUR JMV CODE READS THAT VEHICLES MUST ME ENCLOSED IN A BARRIER WALL OR FENCE NOT LESS THA 5 FT IN HEIGHT. NOT VISABLE FROM BEYOND THE BOUNDRIES OF THE LOT. THE OWNER HAS THAT. FROM THE STREET A PERSON CAN ONLY SEE THE TOPS OF THE R/V AND 5TH WHEEL. PICTURES WERE TAKEN AND SHOWED TO INSPECTORS VIDAL AND LOPEZ WHO AGREED C/E HAD NO FIRM ISSUES. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
