Arrived and the units were still on site and had fire in the mobile home in the attic area. The fire was in the rear of the mobile home. More windows were broken from the fire or broken to get water on the fire. The owner did show to the site due to were called by the neighbors. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the windows boarded up and the door will be screwed shut. Did let the owner know that the screws can be removed to get into the mobile home. The property is still posted and fenced. This fire was a restart from last night. No paperwork was done due to was done last night for same address. RV. | |
| 07/20/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | BUILDING: THERE IS FIRE DAMAGE TO THE MOBILE HOME ESTIMATE AREA OF 16 X 50 , SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE BEARING WALL ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE UNIT. A WOOD FRAMED 10 X 20 FOOT PATIO / DECKING SEVERELY CHARRED. INTERIOR DAMAGE TO THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM'S ROOF ASSEMBLY, INTERIOR WALLS AND FINISHES. THE ABUTTING BEDROOMS HAVE CEILING INSPECTION HOLES AND ARE SMOKED. THERE ARE MULTIPLE WINDOWS BROKEN. THE FLOORING IS SATURATED WITH WATER AND DEBRIS. INTERIOR INSPECTION OF THESE AREAS WAS DONE FROM THE EXTERIOR. IT IS NOT SAFE TO ENTER THE FIRE DAMAGED AREA. ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE BURNT NM CABLES IN THE CEILING AREAS OF THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM. POWER WAS DISCONNECT BY TEP. PLUMBING: SWG DID PIN THE GAS METER OFF. MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE ENTIRE MOBILE HOME. REMARKS: THE MOBILE HOME IS CONDEMNED AND A DEMOLISHMENT PERMIT IS REQUIRED THERE. THE ENTIRE SOUTHSIDE OF THE MOBILE HOME WAS FENCED.
