TODAYS INSPECTION FOUND A BRANCH CIRCUIT FROM UNIT 1 MAIN DISCONNECT WHICH LEADS TO A JUNCTION BOX AND THEN TO BRANCHES OFF TO UNIT 2 MAIN DISCONNECT AND DOWNSTREAM EQUIPMENT.THE OVERCURRENT PROTECTION EXCEEDS THE AMPACITY OF THE CONDUCTORS
BOTH SERVICES ARE SHARE LIVE CONDUCTORS AND PREVIOUS TAMPERING IDENTIFIED BY TEP ARE HAZARDS. THE POWER WAS ORDER TO BE DISCONNECTED AND THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS. DAY TIME ACCESS ONLY FOR REMOVAL OF PERSONNEL ITEMS. OWNER WAS ADVISED IF THIS ORDER IS VIOLATED THEN BOARDING THE ENTIRE BUILDING WILL BE ORDERED.
