Noted from the exterior front two palm trees with palm fronds less than 10 feet from the ground. Weeds and grass in front yard and both side yards. Trash and debris outside the cover of the carport along the side yard. Storage is heavy under carport there is a trailer under the carport but cleanup is needed in this area. Wood fence at the rear of the property is leaning on a secondary wood fence with metal post not an issue at this time will move forward with a Nov to property owner |
