VISITED SITE, FOUND IT WAS THE LAUNDRY ROOM THAT HAD NO COOLING, BUT OWNERS HAVE PROVIDED TWO FANS FOR THE SPACE. BECAUSE THE LAUNDRY IS NOT CONSIDERED LIVING SPACE, C/E WILL NOT ISSUE A NOV AND THE FANS WILL BE SUFFICIENT. OWNERS ARE GETTING 3 BIDS TO HAVE THE COOLING REPAIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
