The owner was also on the property trying to figure out who was on the property due to the tenant supposely moved out. The person on site was paying rent to the person that moved out and nothing was going to the owner. The owner was going to do the work but needs to have the people on site moved out. The person on site was claiming that the AC unit was not working and the main unit for the mobile home was broken at the condensor. The condensor was not running and had window units in 2-rooms at this time. Has work in the interior that needs to be done. Did let the tenant know that the owner will not be working on the AC unit and will need to leave the unit. The owner of the property has talk to the tenant that moved out and does not know the person in the mobile home at this time. Will check on Monday. RV. |
