If the smoke shop expands it's business then it would require them to obtain a new C of O. I spoke to the smoke shop business owner as well as the property owner with regards to my findings and explained what would be needed if they choose to expand, they advised me they have no plans to expand at this time. The smoke shop business has a current business license and C of O and is legal to operate. Will close case at this time. |
