Part of the masonry wall has been knocked down on the north side at the rear of the property. The house is vacant and secured. Have court tomorrow at 10:00 AM and have not been able to make contact with the owner for court. The new owner has cleaned the property and plans have been submitted to re-do the house. RV.
12/05/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Stop by to check the site on the cleaning of the property. Does have a new owner and had heavy equipment on the property demo'ing the structures on the property that needed to be demo'ed. The new owner is working on getting the new plans for the work that is going to be done to submit for approval to start the work on the property. Will check in 10 days. RV.
10/14/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site with inspector Sam and went over the pictures of the vehicles that have been removed from the property. The property still had alot of trash and debris on the property and some horse trailers that are being used to haul items off the property. Took pictures of the property at this time for the courts to review the condition of the property. The owner did state that the property has been sold and will be taking over on 10-25-19 at the closing date at that time. Will let the courts know tomorrow of the sale. The owner showed while leaving the site. RV.
10/08/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and the son and the vehicles have been removed and still has a few left on site. The are already to be picked up to move off the property. Has court on 10-15-19 at 9:00 AM and will meet on Monday to take pictures for the courts on the status of the clean up. RV.
08/30/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ONSITE INSPECTION THE MOBILE HOME LOCATED IN THE FRONT YARD HAS A MISSING DOOR AND REAR DOOR WAS OPENED THERE IS A LARGE 2 X 8 FOOT OPENING. AS I TOURED THE PROPERTY THE SHED HAS A LARGE HOLE AND THE HOME HAS ONE 2X3 OPENING. THE REAR BUILDING ALSO HAS A 2 X 4 OPENING, THERE ARE TWO HORSES IN THERE CORRALS, NO BODY ELSE HERE, SUPERVISOR ORDERED THE OPENINGS TO BE SECURED. ALL DOCUMENTS AND PHOTOS IN SIRE
07/31/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved T.P.D. on site and 2-people were removed from the property. The people were Martin and Dawn who have been removed from the property when the property was vacated. They were told to not be on the property unless with the owner or the son of the property are on the property. Did also call the owner and the son to let them know that Martin and Dawn are not allowed on the property unless they the owner or the son are on the property. T.P.D. called for the re-securing of the property where the plywood was removed. The owner and the son did go to the courts and now have a court date.
07/23/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was called to the site due to the owner stated that the house has been broken into and the 5th wheel trailer also was opened. Arrived and the house was opened on the front porch area on the south side where the wrought iron was pulled off the wall. The trailer in the rear of the property had the rear door opened. A rock that was in the front of the property has also been removed from the property. Did advise the son to call T.P.D. and they showed and made a report. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the opening on the porch secured and the door to the trailer secured. The horses have been removed and two are left and those will be moved today or tomorrow. Still working on the cleaning of the property. RV.
