SPOKE TO REBECCA AGAIN SHE SAYS THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE THERMOSTAT DUE TO THE TENANT REMOVING IT AND EXPOSING ALL THE WIRES, THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CHILLER NOT WORKING THE OTHER DAY. COOLING WAS WORKING FINE WHEN THEY LEFT. REBECCA ADVISED INSPECTOR THAT TENANTS LEASE ENDED JUNE 30, 2019 AND HE REFUSES TO VACATE THE UNIT. HE WAS DROPPED FROM THE VASH AND SECTION 8 PROGRAM. THEY ARE IN THE EVICTION PROCESS. INSPECTOR SPOKE TO ACTING SUPER AVINDIOLA WHO AGRESS WITH INSPECTOR TO CLOSE THE CASE AT THIS TIME.
