07/11/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Juan Valdez called that communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units still on site and fighting the fire. Did have 2-people transported to the hospital due to injuries from the fire. Did meet with T.E.P. and the meter was removed due to the amout of damage from the fire. Did meet with S.W.G. and the meter was also removed due to the amount of the fire. The fire was in the northeast of the house and was a bedroom. The fire did get into the hallway area and has heavy smoke damage through out the house. Does have sky lights and all have been broken to vent the house. A vent hole was cut on the bedroom area of the fire. Windows are broken or cracked from the heat of the fire through out. Does have security bars on the doors and windows and all are secured. The security door by the carport had a forced entry and the locks have been damaged and not able to lock the door. Did place screws to have the door secured. The wood door was able to be locked on the interior side. The family members did come to the site to take what was needed to take for the night. Did go over that they can come back during the day to get other itmes out as needed. The niece that is the power of attorney for the owners did come to the site and she signed the paperwork. The house did get posted Do Not Enter placard on the front window by the carport. Most of the damage from the fire was to the northeast bedroom. RV.
