Arrived on site and met with mananger Dee and states there is no Active work order for this unit #B122. Went to unit but no one home, called tenant to find out - No Smoke Detector, Loose outlet in Patio area, He has an issue with sliding glass door opeing from the outside . Met with mananger again and work orders were created for the issues, will follow up in 5 days. Will ask about the sliding glass door in patio area |
