09/18/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	The house is vacant and unsecured. The 5th wheel is locked at this time and no one on site and checked at night. The house was checked and no one inside the house. The property has a trailer that appears to be being worked on with installing new planking. Did talk to the neighbors and the people have been coming at night an during he daytime. The posting are still in place on the front window. Call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Has 2-windows that had the metal security bars removed and the windows are opened. The owner is still in a home for rehab. The items that were in the rear yard have been gone through and the metal shed has item pulled out and scattered in the rear yard. RV.
07/31/2019	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Stop by the house and the house and the 5th wheel were opened. The house had a bathroom window where the metal security bar was removed and the window opened. The 5th wheel had the door opened. Was able to secure the house with placing a screw on the window and replacing the security bar back on the wall. the 5th wheel had a screw place on the door and re-did the Do Not Enter on the door due to was being pulled off and not able to see the wording. The house and the 5th wheel are secured and vacant at this time. RV.
