There is nothing in the house that shows that the house is being lived in. The back sliding glass door was opened and was able to check the house if anyone was in the house before securing the house. Does have a lock box on the front security door but no signs of the house for sale. Did find one of the sons on the property and he was checking the mail and was asking to what has to be done to get the water back on. Make a payment and they should turn the water back on. Did ask if someone was living in the fifth wheel trailer and there was one female staying on the property. The female was advised due to no water to the property that no one can stay on the property. She was in the process of moving out due to a domestic issues from last night. She was given 2-hours to gather her items and the electrical was going to be removed to the property. The trailer has an extension cord connected to an outlet and the plug has been added bu wire nuts. The main panel has MC cable that has been to a GFCI outlet and laying on the floor on the back porch. The owner is in a re-hab center and was not able to come to the site. Did talk to a son in law Danny and did go over the situation on the property and that the electrical was being removed at this time. Did do the posting of the N.O.V. to Vacate and the N.O.V. to have the 5th Wheel permitted if going to remain on the property. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window. Did call T.E.P. to remove the meter due to the hazard of the electrical that has been added. The house is foreclosure at this time. Did include the trash and debris on the N.O.V. and will check in 10 days. RV.
