THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A HISTORIC PRESERVATION ZONE. THERE HAVE BEEN MODIFICATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS DONE TO THE PROPERTY AND BUILDING WITHOUT HISTORICAL APPROVALS. THERE ARE 20 NEW ROOF SCUPPERS AND 8 NEW LIGHT FIXTURES. THE LANDSCAPE WAS ALSO CHANGED FROM THE LAST APPROVED SITE PLAN. |
