Arrived on site and knocked on the door and met with Alex the son of the owner. I explained to him why I was here and pointed out some violations weeds and grass trash and debris in the front yard. I asked to see the backyard with him and he showed me to side and rear yard where I found more dry weeds and grass over 6in throughout the side in backyard. 1 dead tree in the backyard as well. Trash and debris on the rear patio area. Explained to Alex the violations and the process of the notice of violation. Will follow up |
