Checked the property and has some grass that is growing in-between the sidewalk and the curb approx. 1' wide by the street area. There is a small mesquite tree that has started to grow and is approx 30" high at this time. The view is not blocked from Fremont Ave. The amount of growth of the grass is not enough for a violation. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
