arrived on site and spoke to tenant of this property 629. He stated there was no issue with the fencing behind this block wall. Asked if I could use the side yard to go back there he refused entry. Showed me an area by the dumpsters where he thought people were getting through. Check that area and no issues with the fencing scene at all will move to close case |
