07/11/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property was cleaned and no one on the property at this time. Did have a couple of shopping carts and they were placed by the sidewalk area for pick up. Did call inspector Morales and Goodman to the site to assist on the clean up. The area was cleaned and will call the owner to have the tall grass and weeds and the remaining trash and debris that is through out the property removed. Took the trash and debris to the 10th Ave and 22nd St. yard to dump the trash and debris. Not able to make contact with the owner. RV.
06/27/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and the homeless camps is still on site and nothing was done to move or clean the area. Did meet with the people on site and did let them know that a cleaning crew is coming to have the area cleaned. Did ask them to grab what they want to take and the other items left will be taken to the landfill. T.P.D. was called to the site due to the people on site are getting loud. Did call Luis Luna from the brush and bulky crew and he called to have the crew come to the site to assist on the clean up. Did have over 30 shopping carts on the property and were placed by the sidewalk for pick up. A trailer was filled on what was removed from the property and taken to the land fill. Did try and call the owner with no answer. Once the area was cleaned did leave the site with the homeless people on site to move the remaining items from the property. Will check in a few days. RV.
