Arrived on site and met with TPD officer Tony. States they recieved a wellfare check from out of State family member as they had not heard from Charles Duggins in a couple of weeks. Officer found the owner ok, the property had utilities Except for water, so they called us. Owner allowed me into the front rooms of the dwelling he confirmed he had not water svs for a couple of months now. Entered thru kitchen had some egress issues front and kitchen door area. And extension cord running refrigerator. NOV was hand written and signed by owner. Posted the property, and instructions given to Mr Duggins. Will follow up on this case |
