Made contact with Alan who showed me into the unit he did turn it on and I did find cold air coming out of the events at this point. was not a strong push of air but nevertheless it was constant and cool. Went down to talk to management however management was not in at this time will follow back in about 30 minutes Arrived on site again and met with manager Kim. She explained to me this is not an AC system it is a chiller system and Chiller system is working. Went back up and spoke to Alan the tenant and explain to him the situation in regards to a chiller system he understood will move to close out this case |
