The tenant called that she was checking if I was going to the unit. Did go to the site and found the front door broken on the stricker side, kitchen fauset leaks at the spout and the P-trap, shower surround tile falling and backer board has holes, cooler has no water hooked up, the water line in the rear yard not connected properly and leaking.
