UPON ARRIVAL I FOUND A HOMELESS PERSON WITH SEVERAL GROCERY CARTS ON THE GRANT RD SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. I INFORMED PERSON IT WAS CITY CITY ROW AND THAT HE WOULD HAVE 72 HRS TO REMOVE ALL HIS BELONGINGS, IF NOT REMOVED THE CITY WOULD REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF ALL LEFT ITEMS. THE AREA WAS POSTED ON THE FENCE WITH A "KEEP VACANT" PLACARD AND A 72 HR NOTICE TO VACATE. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE THER WAS EVIDENCE OF HOMELESS IN WATER DRAINAGE BASIN AREA, FOUND TRASH AND DEBRIS FURNITURE LEFT IN THE BASIN. |
