PORCH DECK AND POSTS APPEAR TO BE IN A ROTTING AND DETERIORATING STATE AND WITHOUT WOOD PROTECTANT AND OR PAINT. WHERE POST MEETS THE DECK , THE WOOD HAS DETERIORATED. THE WEIGHT BEARING COLUMN THAT SUPPORTS THE DECK UNDER THE POST APPEARS TO BE MISSING BRICKS. COMMERCIAL TRUCK IS PARKED IN REAR YARD, ALTHOUGH PROPERLY SCREENED PROPERTY USE IS RESIDENTIAL NOT COMMERCIAL. WILL SEND A 30 DAY NOV FOR ALL VIOLATIONS AND TO ALLOW OWNER TO OBTAIN ANY PERMITS REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS.
