arrived on site and met with owner. Blue Toyota was removed from property. White Volkswagen under carport now has a car cover. Storage and debris was removed and reduced under the carport. Only thing outstanding is a golf cart with flat tires in the front. Golf cart has been sold and new owner is slated to pick it up in the next 30 days. She will put a car cover over the golf cart until it has been removed. Will follow up to make sure it has been tarped |

Arrived on site and met with owner of the property who was little confused in regards to what needed to be done. Walked her through the violation in the notice and gave her some suggestions unclean up. She understood and we verified the time frame. She is elderly and has a very sick sister that just got out of the hospital. Will continue to follow up on this case |
