06/05/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communication called the T.P.D. on site with people in the house that was vacant and lacking the utilities. Arrived and the people have been asked to leave the site once they received a citation for being on the property at night time. Was not able to make contact with the owner and did a posting of the N.O.V to Vacate on the front window. Does have a battery in the house for lighting on extension cords. The battery has cables that go into a surge protector to give the power to the extension cords. Some work has been done to clear the interior of the house but has no clear paths to doors and windows. The water is on at this time to the house. Finally did make contact with the owner and she was advised to make contact with the inspector that was working with her on the case, Juan Valdez. All the openings were re-secured and the owner will have to be let into the property by the inspector. This case will be referred to T19DV02727 for the same issues. The gates were locked with a City of Tucson lock. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
