Met with the owner and he showed the rear yard. Has 2-dogs in s fenced area separated from the house in the rear of the property. The area is dirt and did have some waste on the property and was not enough for a violation. Did go over that the waste needs to be picked up daily and the owner will comply. At this time the case will be close. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
